I'm inspired this morning! Not by a new President, but by what he represents. And it's not what you think. I'm not talking about the politics of it all. For the most part, I don't agree with the policies of this administration (although I want to give him a chance). I'm talking about something different. When I woke this morning, I couldn't help but imagine what Mr Obama was thinking as his feet hit the floor for the first time in the White House; as he watched the brilliant sun rise out his window. He walks down the hall. "Good Morning, Mr. President." "How are feeling this morning, Mr. President". He opens the door to the oval office and for the first time, sits behind the desk. Wow! "Here we go", he must think. He is off and running.

Looking Forward to Next Weeks Guests
Love doing my radio show and having the chance to talk one on one to so many interesting authors, politicians, personalities and more. Next week you won't want to miss a day: Monday I will talk with Mike Gilbert, who served as O. J. Simpson's sports agent for a reported 18 years. he wrote the book How I Helped O. J. His latest book is Fleeced which explores the many ways Morris feels we as citizens are being fleeced by our government. Not near Atlantic City? Listen to the show over the internet at www.jeffwhitaker.com 6-7 pm eastern from WOND 1400 AM radio.

Evolution - So Many Questions

Looking forward to Monday nights Jeff Whitaker Show over WOND. The Associate Producer of the documentary Expelled will be my guest. Mark Mathis will join me to talk about this controversial film starring Ben Stein. Horrors... of all things Stein dares to ask the question of Darwinists worldwide... "So, where did whatever caused life, actually begin?" The answer he got was consistent and angry, "We don't know!", they shout back. But could there be such a thing as intelligent design? NO, is the answer. Whether you believe in the possibility of a higher power or not, you're going to want to tune in. I encourage your questions for my guest. This is going to be great discussion. Join me Monday night at 6 eastern. Listen locally in the Atlantic City, NJ area over WOND or to streaming audio on the internet.

The Company You Keep

As Obama and Clinton go head to head tonight in the city of "brotherly love" it will be interesting to watch what happens. It has been a long time since the two met in a debate. You may not realize it, but since they last met on the same stage, we had Wright, Bosnian comments and the "bitter, clinging" remarks. Even through all of that, it seems as if Obama has come out of this no worse for the wear. However, as former Congressman John LeBoutillier pointed out on my radio show last night, we are talking about the reaction of Democrats. By the time we get to the Fall and the general election, it could be a whole different story. Or will all of this be "old news" by then and everyone ready to move on to new things.
